An important agricultural company contacted us to improve and get a 360 vision of its industrial and IOT management systems. Their old system was made of spreadsheets reports and siloes of IOT information that was imprecise, prompt to errors and impossible to assess in real time.
Our first job was to understand how to integrate in real time the disparate sources of information to show on-line the detailed production indicators as well as its KPIs. Applying our best-in-class methodology and technology we were able to construct an easy-to-understand visual tool where the organization at all levels had the same version of the current and past production status.
Furthermore, we provide our customer a predictive production model where the KPIs are projected to prevent deviation and improve production output. We also provided a just-in-time KPI correlation rule set that the customer uses to further optimize its production process.
The result was an end-to-end analytical environment where the customer not only can trace and have just-in-time status of the production process but also have complete traceability and the ability to correct production deviations before they become a problem.
